Return Policy

Returns will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 15 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

RETURNS
You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and have original tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, it will be eligible for store credit only.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Your items will NOT be accepted if 

  • It's been more than 15 days since you received your order
  • item(s) was on clearance
  • item(s) was not in it's original condition (stain, smell, dog hair, etc)

SHIPPING
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
